Our plan is to build a Nuclear Power Plant in Borodino, Moscow Oblast'. Our compact power plant would consist of 2 reactors with a net capacity of around 1 mW, would cost only about 6 billion $, will produce cheap energy with a cost of around 0.001$(4 roubles)/kilowatt, and will create a lot of direct and indirect jobs in Moscow and Moscow Oblast. We have already consulted a company in Murmansk Oblast' to safely store the produced nuclear waste, so now we are only waiting for a grant and a construction permit from the Moscow Oblast' government and Mosenergo.
